पहलगाममध्ये दहशतवादी हल्ल्यात 26 पर्यटकांचा मृत्यू झाला होता. आता हिंदुस्थानने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर राबवून या हल्ल्याचा बदला घेतला आहे. या ऑपरेशनचे नाव ऐकूनच अश्रू अनावर झाले, ही खऱ्या अर्थाने श्रद्धांजली आहे अशी प्रतिक्रिया मृतांच्या नातेवाईकांनी दिली आहे.
संतोष जगदाळे यांची कन्या आसावरी जगदाळे म्हणाल्या की या ऑपरेशनच नाव ऐकून माझ्या डोळ्यात अश्रू आले, दहशतवादी हल्ल्यात ज्यांचा मृत्यू झाला त्यांना वाहिलेली ही खऱ्या अर्थाने श्रद्धांजली आहे असेही जगदाळे म्हणाल्या.

पुण्याती कौस्तुभ गणबोटे यांचा पहलगाम हल्ल्यात मृत्यू झाला होता. त्यांचा मुलगा कुणाल गणबोटने प्रतिक्रिया देताना म्हटले की, आम्ही अशा प्रकाराच्या कारवाईची वाट पाहत होतो आणि आमची सरकारकडून हीच अपेक्षा होती. कारवाईचे नाव ऑपरेशन सिंदूर ठेवून सरकारने माता भगिनींचा आदर राखला आहे.

शुभम द्विवेदी यांच्या पत्नी म्हणाल्या की या माझ्या पतीच्या मृत्यूच्या बदल्यात या कारवाईबद्दल मी पंतप्रधान मोदींचे आभार मानते. माझा आणि माझ्या कुटुंबीयांचा सरकारवर पुर्ण विश्वास आहे. त्यांनी ही कारवाई करून हा विश्वास आणखी दृढ केला आहे. ही खऱ्या अर्थाने माझ्या पतीला वाहिलेली श्रद्धांजली आहे. माझे पती जिथे कुठे असतील त्यांच्या आत्म्याला आज शांती मिळाली असेही त्या म्हणाल्या.
