राजस्थानमधील किशनगंज विधानसभा मतदानसंघात शाहबाद परिसरात चक्क रस्त्यावर ईव्हीएम मशीन आढळल्याने एकच खळबळ उडाली आहे. या घटनेमुळे निवडणूक अधिकाऱ्यांचा निष्काळजीपणा पुन्हा एकदा समोर आला आहे. निवडणूक आयोगाने या घटनेची गंभीर दखल घेत दोन अधिकाऱ्यांना निलंबित केले आहे.

राजस्थानमध्ये शुक्रवारी विधानसभा निवडणुकीसाठी मतदान झाले. मात्र मतदानानंतर शाहबाद परिसरातील मुगावली रोडवर एक ईव्हीएम मशीन बेवारस अवस्थेत आढळली आहे. त्यामुळे कामात निष्काळजीपणा केल्यामुळे अब्दुल रफिक आणि नवल सिंह या दोन अधिकाऱ्यांवर निलंबनाची कारवाई करण्यात आली आहे. अशाप्रकारे बेवारस ईव्हीएम मशीन सापडल्यामुळे विरोधकांनी निवडणूक प्रक्रियेवर प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित केले आहे.
