एसआयआर प्रक्रिया, निवडणूक आयोगाचा भ्रष्ट कारभाराच्या विरोधात आणि मुख्य निवडणूक आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार यांच्या राजीनाम्याच्या मागणीसाठी कॉक्रोच जनता पार्टीने दिल्लीत आंदोलनाची हाक दिली आहे. दिल्लीतील जंतरमंतर येथे हे आंदोलन होणार आहे. यामुळे दिल्लीला छावणीचे स्वरुप आले असून कडेकोट बंदोबस्त ठेवण्यात आला आहे. या आंदोलनात सहभागी होण्यासाठी निघालेल्या युट्यूबर ध्रुव राठी याला गुरुग्राम पोलिसांनी ताब्यात घेतल्याची माहिती समोर आली आहे. पोलिसांच्या सूचनांचे पालन करण्यास नकार दिल्यानंतर ही कारवाई करण्यात आल्याचे वृत्त ‘हिंदुस्थान टाइम्स‘ने दिले आहे.
शनिवारी होणाऱ्या या आंदोलनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर गुरुग्राम पोलिसांचे पथक ध्रुव राठी याच्या सेक्टर 56 येथील केंद्रीय विहार सोसायटीमधील निवासस्थानी पोहोचले होते. पोलिसांनी त्याला आंदोलनात सहभागी होण्यासाठी दिल्लीला न जाण्याची सूचना केली होती. मात्र, पोलिसांच्या सूचनांचे पालन करण्यास नकार दिल्यानंतर त्याला ताब्यात घेण्यात आले आहे.
दरम्यान, दिल्ली पोलिसांनी आंदोलनासाठी परवानगी नाकारली आहे. त्यामुळे जंतरमंतर परिसरात कडेकोट सुरक्षा व्यवस्था तैनात करण्यात आली असून अनेक ठिकाणी बॅरिकेड्स लावण्यात आले आहेत. आंदोलनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर दिल्लीतील मेट्रो सेवा, रेल्वे वाहतूक आणि मद्यविक्रीवरही निर्बंध लागू करण्यात आले आहेत. आंदोलन चिरडून टाकण्यासाठी मोठा फौजफाटा येथे तैनात करण्यात आला आहे. जंतरमंतरजवळ जमा होणाऱ्या शेकडो आंदोलकांचीही धरपकड सुरू आहे. आतापर्यंत 500 आंदोलकांना ताब्यात घेण्यात आल्याची माहिती पोलिसांनी दिली आहे. यापैकी काही आंदोलनकांची गुन्हेगारी पार्श्वभूमी असल्याचा दावा पोलिसांनी केला आहे.

वाहनांची कसून तपासणी
सीजेपीच्या आंदोलनाच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर दिल्लीत कडेकोट सुरक्षा व्यवस्था करण्यात आली आहे. दिल्लीच्या सीमेवर विशेष सुरक्षा व्यवस्था करण्यात आली असून समाजकंटकांना दिल्लीत प्रवेश करण्यापासून रोखण्यासाठी वाहनांचीही कसून तपासणी केली जात आहे. विविध सीमांवर सुमारे 12 तपासणी नाके उभारण्यात आले आहेत. याशिवाय, जिल्ह्याच्या अंतर्गत भागातही अनेक ठिकाणी पोलीस बंदोबस्त तैनात करण्यात आला आहे, अशी माहिती दक्षिण दिल्लीचे पोलीस उपायुक्त अनंत मित्तल यांनी दिली.

ड्रोन, सीसीटीव्हीने नजर
आंदोलनात सहभागी होण्याचे आवाहन करणाऱ्या संघटनांच्या सदस्यांना रोखण्यासाठी सीमांवरील तपासणी अधिक कडक करण्यात आली आहे. अशा व्यक्तींना रोखून समज देण्यात येत आहे. तसेच, दिल्लीत कोणताही अनधिकृत जमाव जमू नये किंवा अनुचित घटना घडू नयेत, यासाठी ड्रोन आणि सीसीटीव्हीच्या माध्यमातून सतत देखरेख ठेवली जात आहे. कलम 163 अंतर्गत लागू करण्यात आलेल्या आदेशांची माहिती ध्वनिक्षेपकांद्वारे नागरिकांना दिली जात असून, कायदा व सुव्यवस्था राखण्यासाठी पोलीस यंत्रणा सतर्क असल्याचेही मित्तल यांनी सांगितले.

Furthermore, we are maintaining surveillance using drones and CCTV to prevent any unauthorized gatherings or incidents within Delhi… “We are continuously making announcements regarding the orders issued under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), and we are also conducting surveillance using drones.”
